Rob is the CEO of Heliolytics, a performance analytics company specializing in aerial Module Level Thermal Audits (MLTA) and aerial remote sensing for PV system performance analysis. Rob received a PhD from Queen's University specializing is PV system performance modelling and optimization and has worked with groups internationally to optimize PV performance and integrate new technologies. Rob has multiple publications in the PV sector, focusing on performance modelling and prediction.

Hugo has been working in the Renewable Energy industry for 4 years. First in Europe where he experienced the fast growth of the market and then in the U.S. where he started this new market for QOS Energy. Prior to joining SMA, Hansen worked extensively in the construction and technology industries with companies such as AT&T and Cisco Systems. He holds a master’s degree in Business Administration from Regis University and a Project Management Certificate from The George Washington University.

Peter has been working in the solar industry since 2010. For the past three and a half years he has been leading GreenPowerMonitor to become a national powerhouse in the renewable monitoring and SCADA space. GreenPowerMonitor focuses on utility and commercial projects in both solar and wind, which expands over 16GW of active renewable projects under management. He started consulting for a solar firm in San Jose, CA called Twelfth Street Power & Light. Before his current position, Mr. Kobliska worked as the Regional Sales Manager for Draker and expanded their portfolio by 2x along the western US. Peter brings technical expertise in SCADA hardware, software, operations, and commissioning. He leverages this knowledge to help his customers maximize their site performance and optimize the operations of their portfolios.

He continues to be responsible for product development at PowerHub.

Tom Tansy is Chairman of the SunSpec Alliance where he leads the distributed energy industry's efforts to establish data and communication standards that enable seamless integration of solar PV and storage into the Smart Grid. The SunSpec Alliance has more than 100 stakeholders across the globe, including leading fleet operators, component suppliers, software developers, and utilities. Tom previously served as General Manager and Vice President of Business Development for Power-One (now part of ABB) and helped start electric vehicle manufacturer Zero Motorcycles.

John is a Senior NERC Compliance Engineer focusing on CIP V5/6 development and implementation. John also assists renewable energy entities develop and implement Generator Owner (GO) and Generator Operator (GOP) compliance programs from the ground up. Additionally, John has a large role in the development and implementation of GridSME’s Risk Management Services. John has a Bachelors of Science in Materials Engineering from Cal Poly and is currently earning a Masters of Science in Cyber Security Operations and Leadership from the University of San Diego.

ALLAN DALY /// VP SOFTWARE ENGINEERING - NEXTRACKER
As VP of Software Engineering for NEXTracker, Allan Daly leads the software team and is lead product manager for the Company's TrueCapture smart software control system. In this capacity, he leads a team of 10 software engineers to design and develop intelligent, connected industrial software to enhance the NEXTracker customer experience. His formative training is in mechanical engineering with over 20 years of experience in the construction industry.
He has substantial expertise using complex building and system analysis and simulation software to predict building energy consumption, thermal performance, natural ventilation, and occupant comfort. He also is skilled in modern engineering design and documentation tools, such as EnergyPlus and Revit. Prior to working at NEXTracker, Mr. Daly was the Co-Founder and VP of Engineering for BrightBox Technologies, and a Principal at Taylor Engineering.
He previously worked for Ove Arup and Partners, San Francisco, and was also a contractor for the Department of Energy and the Environmental Protection Agency. Mr. Daly has always been an ‘energy guy’, with a life-long interest in energy and buildings. He brings together his broad experience from policy-work, research, teaching, and consulting to inform the design and operation of innovative and sustainable mechanical systems. Allan has particular expertise in controls, energy modeling, commissioning, and low-energy high-performance buildings. Mr. Daly holds a BS in Civil Engineering and a BA in Drama from Stanford University as well as a MS in Civil Engineering (Structural) and an MS in Architecture (Building Science) from UC Berkeley. Allan serves at the Partner Vice-Chair for the UC Berkeley Center for the Built Environment, and is a past-member of the USGBC LEED Energy and Atmosphere Technical Advisory Committee.

He has worked as technical PV asset manager of a portfolio over 150MW in Italy and been responsible of the largest operational PV plant in Bulgaria. He has also contributed as Site Manager to the construction of a 10MW PV facility in France. In addition to that, Adrian has provided PV designs, technical due diligences and onsite technical audits to several hundreds of PV solar MWs. He holds a Master of Engineering in Energy Technologies from the Carlos III University of Madrid and a Master in Economics from UNED.

Jenya Meydbray is the VP of Strategy and Business Development for DNV GL’s Laboratory Services group. Formerly the co-founder and CEO of PV Evolution Labs (PVEL), Jenya successfully ramped and sold the first laboratory business in the US focused on supporting the solar financial community. He has worked on developing methods of evaluating PV performance for power plant level risk assessment and mitigation. Prior to founding PVEL, Jenya was the Senior Quality and Reliability Engineer at SunPower where he developed accelerated test methods for high efficiency solar cells and modules. Jenya began his career at NASA Ames Research Center's hyper-gravity facilities. Jenya received an MS and BS at Boston University and UC Santa Cruz, respectively, and holds two photovoltaic-related patents. He has authored many articles and regularly speaks at conferences. Jenya is an Advisory Board Member to NREL's International PV Module Quality Assurance Task Force and serves on the Board of Directors of PVComplete, a solar design software company.

Chris leads Asset Management at Cypress Creek, focusing on maximizing the performance, reliability, and profitability of Cypress’ operating solar assets. Prior to his role in Asset Management, Chris managed a development pipeline of over 240 MW of solar projects for Cypress across the U.S., including in Texas, New York, and Maryland.
Prior to Cypress, Chris worked for the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, where he led the development of air regulations on utility scale power plants and oil and natural gas hydraulic fracturing operations. Prior to joining the EPA, Chris worked with California electric utilities such as Southern California Edison, Pacific Gas and Electric, and San Diego Gas and Electric on the development, implementation, and evaluation of demand response and demand side management programs.
Chris holds a B.A. in Environment, Economics, and Politics from Claremont McKenna College, a Masters of Environmental Management from Duke University, and a Masters of Business Administration from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

As former CFO of Main Street Power, she closed project financing for over 100 of distributed solar PV projects and was responsible for the asset management of those solar assets. As a former VP at the investment bank JP Morgan and managing director of a clean energy corporate finance advisory firm, she gained a deep understanding of the requirements of project finance providers and sponsors, funds and investors. Her background as a founder and CEO of a venture-backed telecom service provider brings utility billing, asset tracking and O&M service ticketing experience.

Stefano Cruccu is Project Manager at Solarplaza and currently responsible for the company's line of Solar Asset Management events taking place in Europe, USA and Japan.
